About Sara Lucarelli

Sara Lucarelli is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser who is FHA Certified, serving Humboldt and Del Norte Counties with professionalism and precision. She brings valuable experience in appraising a wide range of property types, including unique homes, historical residences, and rural properties, with in-depth knowledge of all market areas across the region.

Her expertise extends to manufactured homes, whether on land or in parks. Sara is experienced with both older models and new construction, providing accurate, comprehensive reporting tailored to the specifics of each property. In addition, she is trained to appraise 1–4 unit residential properties, regardless of size or complexity. Whether it’s a single-family home or a small multi-family property, Sara delivers clear, reliable valuations. She offers current market value and retrospective, prospective, and proposed appraisal reports—including “as is” and “as repaired” scenarios—depending on the client’s needs.
